Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At ShopNXX, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we specialize in selling carefully inspected pre-loved footwear, we encourage customers to read product descriptions, review all images, and verify sizing before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product received is significantly different from the description or images.
  • The product arrives damaged during delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Minor signs of wear clearly shown or described in the product listing.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Not be cleaned, altered, or further damaged after delivery.
  • Include all accessories (if originally provided).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible or via bank transfer/mobile wallet.

5. Exchange Policy

If the wrong item has been delivered or the product does not match its description, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or incorrect description), ShopNXX will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
