Welcome to ShopNXX. This Used Product Disclaimer explains important information about the nature of pre-loved, preowned and thrifted footwear sold on our Platform. By browsing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
1. About Our Products
ShopNXX specializes in carefully inspected, pre-loved, preowned and thrifted footwear for men, women and kids, including sneakers, shoes and hiking boots.
Our products may include, without limitation:
- Used footwear
- Preowned sneakers and shoes
- Store-return or excess inventory footwear
- Products showing varying degrees of prior use
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, products sold through ShopNXX should not be considered equivalent to brand-new footwear.
2. Signs of Previous Use
Because our footwear is pre-loved, customers may notice characteristics such as:
- Creasing or minor scuff marks
- Sole or tread wear
- Fading or slight discoloration
- Minor stitching imperfections
- Signs of previous cleaning
- Natural aging of materials such as foam, rubber, leather or synthetic uppers
These characteristics are inherent to the nature of preowned footwear and do not by themselves indicate a defect. Where an item has a significant flaw identified during our inspection, we disclose it in the product description, photographs or condition grade.
3. Product Condition Grading
ShopNXX uses condition grades to give customers a reasonable indication of a product's overall condition at the time of listing. A higher condition grade does not mean the product is new or carries a manufacturer's warranty. Condition grades reflect the state of the item as inspected by us and are not a guarantee that the product will remain in that exact condition after purchase.
4. No Guarantee of Remaining Lifespan
As a preloved footwear seller, ShopNXX cannot guarantee the remaining useful life or future durability of any used product, unless a specific written warranty is expressly provided with that item. The remaining lifespan of a pair may depend on factors including previous usage, storage conditions, material aging, adhesive degradation, and how the product is cared for after purchase — all of which are outside our control once delivered.
5. Cleaning & Processing
Every pair sold on ShopNXX is inspected, cleaned and, where appropriate, sanitized or deodorized before dispatch. Because our footwear is preowned, cleaning may not completely remove every mark, minor stain or characteristic resulting from previous use. We take reasonable care in processing every item but do not guarantee that all pre-existing cosmetic characteristics will be fully removed.
6. Product Photographs & Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe each pair, including brand, size, condition and any visible flaws. Due to lighting, screen settings and photo compression, slight variations in color or texture may appear between the photos and the actual product. Customers are encouraged to review all images and read the full product description carefully before ordering.
7. Sizing
Sizes listed on ShopNXX correspond to the size marked by the original manufacturer. Sizing can vary between brands and models, so your usual size in one brand may not guarantee the same fit in another. Customers are responsible for checking our size guide and product measurements before placing an order. A product that doesn't fit due to a customer-selected size does not qualify as an incorrect item sent by ShopNXX, and any related exchange is handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Ordinary Wear & Tear
Normal wear consistent with a product's condition grade — such as minor sole wear, creasing or slight fading — is not considered a defect. A used product changing condition slightly after purchase does not, by itself, mean the product was defective at the time of sale.
9. Damage After Delivery
ShopNXX is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery due to misuse, improper washing or cleaning, exposure to water or chemicals, improper storage, or other post-delivery causes not attributable to us. Claims relating to a defect present at the time of delivery should be reported promptly in line with our Return & Exchange Policy, along with photos or an unboxing video where possible.
10. Acknowledgement
By purchasing from ShopNXX, you acknowledge that:
- Our products are preloved, preowned or thrifted footwear.
- Used footwear may show signs of previous use.
- Condition can vary from item to item, even within the same grade.
- A condition grade is not a guarantee of future durability.
- The remaining lifespan of a used item cannot be guaranteed.
- You have reviewed the product photos, description and sizing information before ordering.
